...y will be good. In fact, they are aggresively hiring new people for the company. Salary is not great, especially old employees getting paid very less and I heard they give handsome packages for the new comers. Company is growing good. They are very good in Finance management.

Salary is average, again, it depends on the project you are in.

Compensation and benefits is worst. Not paying sufficient for our job. Pay not upto industry standards. They are willing to hire new employees with high pay rather pay better for already present hard working employees

Internal Training is good here for freshers.

...n bench for long and don't care. No incentives. No Diwali gifts. Very less hike. There is a bond of 33 months and if you break it, you have to pay 1 Lakh rupees to the company.

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive.Company policies are good and they give good salary hike every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign.
