Salary not credit on time. They will not give full and final amount completely. No Career Growth. They can fire you anytime without intimation. No leave policy. They will not give retention bonus. Policy is very bad

Salary is not getting credited on time. In time is fixed but out time is not fixed. Their policy changes frequently without any priori intimation. Pending leaves won't be carried forward in next fiscal year. After every appraisal cycle have to sign bond of 1 year and if you resign within this tenure your salary won't be released and payslip will be revert. Once you resigned your increment amount will be forfeited by this organisation and during your notice period they release 50% salary on 7th and 50% salary in third week.So please consider all above before joining this organisation.
