Salary is not getting credited on time. In time is fixed but out time is not fixed. Their policy changes frequently without any priori intimation. Pending leaves won't be carried forward in next fiscal year. After every appraisal cycle have to sign bond of 1 year and if you resign within this tenure your salary won't be released and payslip will be revert. Once you resigned your increment amount will be forfeited by this organisation and during your notice period they release 50% salary on 7th and 50% salary in third week.So please consider all above before joining this organisation.

1. No on time salary we need to chase them continuously 2. They will follow the rules what ever they want, no employee satisfaction 3. Final settlement amount also 45 + days none of the MNC company's also not following this and they will clear it in 15 days max , mostly they want to hold your salary and delay

Nothing as such, I am working for PwC as a TPR resource.

Dislikes

...for 8 hrs. Saturday working depends on client, but no extra incentive, no bonus. At salary date they remember the dues pending from PwC and hold employees salary. No proper communication between Infocus & PwC management, for that reason employee have to suffer.

Nothing. They are just vendors supplying manpower to others.

Dislikes

They will hold your salary, your papers when you leave. Very unprofessional way of behaving whenever someone leaves, most of the time person doesn’t get his FNF money or documents.
