Job location is @ client location so all policies which are applied to client is applicable to On-Site Engineer , traveling & food provided.

Dislikes

Appraisal / Increment not given every year & if you got by your luck it will be negligible, so Frist joining offer is your one and only chance to get salary unless you will regret and after completing 2,3,4 yr your package will be nearly equal to what you get at the time of joining overall growth in terms of Salary is big zero😭
