There are many great people at InfoCepts who are really supporting. The people I have met here I will look up to for the rest of my life. The learnings and opportunities I have gotten recently in my career are really valuable for me. Though this may differ from project to project.

If you are assigned a good project, then work culture is excellent.

Dislikes

Salary and promotion are not satisfactory, even if you gave your best in all areas. And performed excellently the whole year. They use PIP to get rid of employees. If you performed well in the whole process of PIP, but at the end they are not satisfied with your work and ask you to resign.

.... Good male managers only in that good project. Excellent learning for freshers. Good salary hike considering cities like nagpur.

Female managers are worst here. Don't know anything and still micromanages. Consistently you have to keep proving your worth to the team.Even if you have proved it several times before. No job security even if you prove your worth.

Being a start up and having only 1000-1500 employees, your work gets quickly visible. If you are good at networking, you can make contacts with people easily

...n, no planning on demand vs supply which lead to over hiring at all departments. Despite being good performers people are getting fired because they do not have much work as per their grade and salary.
