If you are assigned a good project, then work culture is excellent.

Salary and promotion are not satisfactory, even if you gave your best in all areas. And performed excellently the whole year. They use PIP to get rid of employees. If you performed well in the whole process of PIP, but at the end they are not satisfied with your work and ask you to resign.

No Job security, Can fire you in day, no more projects to work. only one major clients but company pay to good salary. Company will call you to Nagpur to work in and coming out from Nagpur is again one challenge. No onsite opportunity.

Ppl are coming after 11 at office and leave by 5:30.No job security. Company will call you to Nagpur to work and coming back to metro city will be again one challenges. Company will fire you within a day before any notice. worst experience

Politics is here in every aspect, everyone is someones brother or nephew etc, compensation used to be good but now it is not. very few onsite opportunities as the company does not have any policies for that. they do not have HR policies like exit policy and all ad they make rules on the fly

There are many great people at InfoCepts who are really supporting. The people I have met here I will look up to for the rest of my life. The learnings and opportunities I have gotten recently in my career are really valuable for me. Though this may differ from project to project.

... talking about work load and pressure for a fresher who doesn't get paid enough. Even after giving your 100% in the job, the salary was not satisfactory.

The team which we have build is for sure the best thing. The office premises is more dynamic where we can independently work upon in anywhere.
