Salary gets credited on time at least 2 days before month end. Tech stack is fine and you can learn technologies if you are a fresher.

They should make the employees feel valuable. Cost cutting is evident everywhere. Salaries are not at the level of market standards. They provide third class laptops to their developers when industry competitors provide state of the art infrastructure support to their employees. Even, we were asked to come and pick the diwali gifts from the office in peak Corona period when other companies used to send cool stuffs to their employees so that they feel connected to the organization. No team outings or gifts. Onboarding kit was again a formality without any appreciation gift.

Info Edge is parent company to Naukri, where the work life balance is good. Employees are treated well. Of course this would be a good place to start your career but should not stay more than 2- 3 years. Growth and learning will go down after this point.

I am writing the about Naukri whose parent company is Info Edge. The salary and growth part is very low. Career wise we cannot stick to the role or company for a long term. Maximum 3 years. Post which the company will stop giving you a good appraisals. All the learnings can be done in 2 years post which it not a advise able to stay in the company.

There is no work life balance. The work pressure is too high and failing to meet your targets can lead to salary deductions and a lot of scolding from all the managers. You're also forced to work on weekends from morning till 10pm at night.
