Undue pressure for achieving targets. Mid level Mangers are old parasites which just sit in offices (do their own side businesses) and yell at front line executives to achieve targets which are not achievable due to mindless growth numbers over last year.

For working women it is the best place to work as it has daycare facility with good facilities. Also for women it is the safe place to work.

Salary is compratively quite less than industry standard. There is always a pressure for closing the monthly or quarterly target. There are very few growth opportunities. There are no flexible hours and they follow strict dress code. There are no additional benefit apart from your salary
