InfoEdge used to be one of the best companies to work for, but now it's only a profit factory they keep all the money to themselves leaving nothing to the employees. Only job security is there but that too will go away in the near future.

Nothing so far, they always push you to do more work and give you nothing in return

1. Everything is very urgent here 2. Bad work culture 3. Bad pay 4. Managers are outdated and rude with less technical knowledge.

Infoedge was my first company and I have no doubts when i say that it was everything one dreams about their first company. Talented people all around, helping you at every step. Learned a lot during my tenure of 2.5 years. Great work culture and work life balance. One of the best things that you will find here is that you can take ownership of the code you write and the software you develop. New ideas are always welcome and if you wish to build something new, people will hear you. Hackathons, organized every year, are a great opportunity to do something like this. Leadershipwesome. There are great leaders with solid background in education and previous work experience.

Salary is a little less than what you can easily get for same position in other companies.

Info Edge is parent company to Naukri, where the work life balance is good. Employees are treated well. Of course this would be a good place to start your career but should not stay more than 2- 3 years. Growth and learning will go down after this point.

I am writing the about Naukri whose parent company is Info Edge. The salary and growth part is very low. Career wise we cannot stick to the role or company for a long term. Maximum 3 years. Post which the company will stop giving you a good appraisals. All the learnings can be done in 2 years post which it not a advise able to stay in the company.
