Good work environment and the salary criteria is very good...teammates are supportive.

There is no job security...lots of interview rounds... once you clear all your interview rounds then also your job will be in risk even at the time of training period.

Working culture is good, according to me you will not feel avoided or disrespectful here, you will be always appreciated for your work with you senior.

The salary they are providing is not acceptable it's very less according to the work pressure.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable high-quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 9-11 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometime late into the night. Managers do no value an individuals' unique straight, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client.

1. Working culture. 2. Lot of politics. 3. Poor people management (spl. For naukri.com' sales team). 4. Work life balance goes on toss. 5. Management is least concerned about empolyee' welfare and health.

Info Edge is parent company to Naukri, where the work life balance is good. Employees are treated well. Of course this would be a good place to start your career but should not stay more than 2- 3 years. Growth and learning will go down after this point.

Dislikes

I am writing the about Naukri whose parent company is Info Edge. The salary and growth part is very low. Career wise we cannot stick to the role or company for a long term. Maximum 3 years. Post which the company will stop giving you a good appraisals. All the learnings can be done in 2 years post which it not a advise able to stay in the company.
