Everyone smokes here which might not get revealed before you join. 3. You won't understand the rules since no one lets you know about them; management lacks professionalism, and they'll embarrass you each time when you make mistakes. 4. They don't need any reason to embarrass you.

While working with the organization, I found an open minded professional who shares his personal experiences and make team to learn more in their life. Sanjaay Sir guides team to understand technical and psychological technics to get right Talent from the Industry. His assumptions are also perfect about candidates behavior and potential of candidates are been well identified by him. I am really grateful to him to gave me opportunity to work with him.

I didn't find anything to dislike other than if he is angry with someone then he just don't talk to that person for almost half day..

Transformation of Talent and technicality of recruitment handling is much better than all big companies. As well They make us learning lot of technical Things to get expertise in career, Employees left from this leadership are grown up to India HR head level even Talent Acquisition Head with lot of MNC companies. Far better working with process they follow.

Slightly Strict on working, they always push for clients service, though it is fairly good working under pressure in this company.
