The Group MD is an amazing person and has built a strong company giving employment to so many people. Most of the other departments are quite nice and some of the management people are empathetic & employee friendly too.

Dislikes

The HR head is a very bad manager who doesn’t allow others to grow or come up in the organisation. A major gossip monger who keeps bad mouthing everyone around. Very unprofessional, unfriendly & rude person. Doesn’t conduct any review meetings but then keeps nagging the team every single day. The junior staff are literally ill treated in this department. The company is great but such managers bring in a bad name to the organisation.

Job security, excellent vairable payout structure. In Inflow atechnologies, which all products tgey deal in are all industry leader in their respective industries, you will have great opportunity to groom your technical knowledge if you wish to learn.

3 year bond for technical team as well, low appraisal rate.

All implementations, trainings, and consulting activities are delivered with utmost care and customer centric approach. Timely perks and appraisals, trainings also helps the employees to grow.

your job is fairly secure if you are even average. Company culture is good, not enough growth opportunity in terms of promotions but appraisal is better than market trend. really satisfied to work here.

Not a good company to work at for technical background person because they will hire on Tech basis and expect sales from you. If there is no sales, they will ask you to leave the organisation. So for an example you joined as a Technical consultant , you will come to know after some months that what you need to do is sales and if failed , you have to leave the job . So better to look for some other opportunities rather than working here.
