...ealthcare. The work pressure will be high because your dealing with health care. Fresher salary is very very less and increment is totally based on work which is good but the increment process is very tough like very less holiday should be taken monthly, target should be 100%, monthly assessment test. "NO HOLIDAY FOR INDIAN FESTIVAL" even national holiday also they follow U.S holiday which is very less. This only applies to when your working for U.S Client. And normal jobs like coding, H.R, accountant I don't know very well. But the people are good I was very lucky that I met with good people at work for my first job.

Dislikes

Some user's feel that compensation (salary, bonuses, benefits) is not competitive enough compared to industry standards or doesn't match the amount of work expected. Also, many supervisors are unable to avail their entitled leaves due to the demanding nature of their work responsibilities. As a result, they are losing out on their accumulated leaves and are also not receiving compensation in the form of overtime for their extra workload. I would like to suggest that we work closely with the payroll department to address this issue and find a solution that is fair to all parties involved. As per company policy, supervisors are allowed to carry forward a maximum of 60 unused leaves to the following year. Any leaves in excess of this limit will unfortunately lapse. I believe that by addressing this issue proactively, we can ensure that our supervisors are able to maintain a healthy work-life balance and are duly compensated for their hard work and dedication.

1. Need to higher or Onboard a proper candidate. Like most of new joiner or trainee are resign there position after 10-15 day & some are abscond with 1 month. 2. Make sure Infinx will provide a Good Increment on Annual Increment & give Diwali Sweets as well

...achieve 100% i.e. Quality scores must be greater than 99.10 which is impossible. In my observation company is thinking about cost cutting such as they have invested so much money to create an good envoirment but keep one coffee maching operative despite having 2 shows narrow thinking. Mindset must be changed if we need to achieve more.
