Nothing I like in this company.I've seen that only politics will work for your growth you will need to be personal assistant of TL,TC and managers

No growth, very low salary compare to the work you will do,lots of rules and regulations like if u will be late just by one minute you will loose your half day salary of that day. Really very disappointed.

If you are part of their software department then culture is different and for bpo its different. Amazing people in software as compared to bpo guys.

Salary raise is low than expected...and for me personally location was really matter.

...achieve 100% i.e. Quality scores must be greater than 99.10 which is impossible. In my observation company is thinking about cost cutting such as they have invested so much money to create an good envoirment but keep one coffee maching operative despite having 2 shows narrow thinking. Mindset must be changed if we need to achieve more.

...lary and at time of Apprisal said you are getting high salary as per experience. As per company nomes every employee salary is increase in ceratain amount at time of Apprisal and production and quality allso sustain as per company noms but hr and operations denied for Apprisal. So need to improve hr policies related employee concerned.

There is nothing to like you about INFINIX except salary but only for experience one.

There are several process in INFINIX but if you hired for SIMON MED IMAGING (SMI) then following actions will be taken against you. 1. Target is above 40 and if you do not acheive your target then they will put you in QIP. 2. After QIP still you did not achieve your target on daily basis then you will be going to PIP. 3.Then after direct separation without any reason just because they are hiring fresher candidates who are ready to work at 17k. So why they will pay 40k to us ? 4. If you do not achieve you daily target then you will have to extend your shifts by 4 hours daily. 5. Extension hours will not pe paid. 6.There are very limited access of portal and we need to request very badly to get the access of any portal. 7.Error will be given on appeal format and for very nonsense reasons just because Quality doesn’t know how to audit the cases. 8. There is no MIS team in INFINIX. 9. There is no WFM team in INFINIX. 10. Cab facility is also very poor. Your logout time is 3 AM and you will get cab by 4 or 4.45 AM and daily you have to book OLA or UBER. Read carefully before choosing INFINIX.
