... started giving speciality coding training for few coders in e&m, radiology,ers.after 2 month's training one fine evening they removed maximum number of coders all of a sudden without compensation without prior information.. intersting thing is here that they hold few of employees but removed maximum employees. I think spoiling employees career is this company policy, there's no job security. horrible thing is 50+ coders of us still not got jobs for the last 3 month's 😞 but them self they're feeling proud but your company reputation is zero in the industry..waste management waste HR policy,do not join and don't spoil your career pls..#baninfinx

I'm working with INFINX since a year, the cabs are being provided here but the time is being wasted alot for 8pm-5am shift employees, the cab is picking up very late and while reaching the office it's being late., So that we can't achieve the target and the TL will force to strech the shift and complete the target. And while dropping in the morning the cab will leave the office at 6 and by the time i reach home it gets 7am. The worst facility of cab. Coming to the WORK the company just need the target from the employees. They'll increase the targets every week and it will become the pressure on the employee. There is dinner or breakfast provided by the company with bad quality. The night shifts are really awkward to work. Time will be just dedicated to the company and u can't do any other personal works Total day will be gone in sleeping and after waking up being ready to office repeat the same daily. There will be weekoff on sat and Sunday but they will force us to come to office for the Overtime and they won't pay the OT on time, overtimes will always be in due and arrears. Finally concluding I want to say that there is partiality shown b/w the employees, alot of work pressure for thier targets. Nobody follows the company norms. No action will be taken immediately for the complaints. I'm saying my personal experience in this company.

...just provide the reasonable price for travel allowance. *Don't show partiality * Salary is being paid same to the intermediate and the Graduate employee this should be immediately fixed.

Worst company stay away from here. They never give salary that is offered, also it is like their house hold pet company where some manager and their families members rules. They will torture as hell.

Every thing is Worse what to specific seperately. Ask any operation people working there. Just check the rate of retention of employees per year. You will know all. They will force you to work on weekends also.

Work os gd but their is no value of the job if any one has joined on preaurh and saddest part is that we dont have more companies that take preauth as a experience hardly their are 2-3 companies they can consider the preaurh experience.

As i have mentioned work is good but they wont pay the correct salary. Each and every month their would be discripenses in salary and each and every month we have put the mail with the help of managers(as we don't have the mail option) even their is guarante that we will be getting the arrears in the next month.

No proper transport for working women's at night shift, and about salary not at a time,appraisal not up to the expectations, no appreciation to employees for work.
