There is nothing to like about this company. Worse place to work. It's been 5 years I'm working with here and they only paid 16k ... Yearly appraisal 800 only, they only do show off

...d but after the pandemic the company started treating it's employees like hell.. they cut 4k from our salary. Increased production, increased work time. Increased pressure. BEST SUGGESTION DON'T APPLY JOB AT INFINX

Teammates are supportive. There is a cafeteria available. They are providing work from home facility during this lockdown.

Dislikes

Unsatisfied salary, unsatisfied appraisal. No extra benefits during this lockdown, like no extra amount for electricity bill, no extra working days , no job security. No chance for promotion for those operators who do high productivity. Company is paying 75 Percent for wifi bills.

Slow curreer growt, low salary , day night shifts, appraisel is not proper no hollidays even on independence day and republic day ,no comp offs extra day working pay was very low , OT amount also very low only 50 rs per hour.

...ealthcare. The work pressure will be high because your dealing with health care. Fresher salary is very very less and increment is totally based on work which is good but the increment process is very tough like very less holiday should be taken monthly, target should be 100%, monthly assessment test. "NO HOLIDAY FOR INDIAN FESTIVAL" even national holiday also they follow U.S holiday which is very less. This only applies to when your working for U.S Client. And normal jobs like coding, H.R, accountant I don't know very well. But the people are good I was very lucky that I met with good people at work for my first job.

Salary and Holidays you are dealing with BPO work remember that holidays are given based on U.S holiday even national hoiday.
