...ay employees for months but take advantage of thier effort behind silly excuses. Personal experience says they do not have money to give salary, so they through out employees from organisation, and does pay thier salary while stating personal problem. Terrible authority, do not have manners to speak to its employees. Treat employees like a slave. No work life balance, no proper salary, neither promotion. Cover thier deed by blaming freshers.

Academic Content Writer, Nagerbazar WB branch Well the office is good, there are a few members (80%) from royal research solutions which is another office. The work culture here is terrible and the management is headed by a bald fool named Anindya (forgot title of that a**). He is a perso n who blabbers terrible shit and he is not respectful towards the employee (reason I am being harsh while posting the review). I worked there for 7 days and believe me the team leader Shounima is a pathetic, she will point out that you have no knowledge and her training is also bogus. She herself does not know how to train a person. I am filling up the likes section with dislikes as there is hardly a few things to be liked. Ohh I love that street dog that sits in their staircase, he is a good doggo. Everyone else is terrible

Terrible work culture and zero work-life balance. Although your working hours start at the right time, you won't know when it will end. Workplace favouritism will ruin your motivation and dedication to your job.

The Seniors & Work environment is friendly...lots to learn. After working here i m planning for big opportunities bcz i have learnt a ton.

Small company may be a disadvantage but overall they are nice & guiding people.
