Poor HR policies, less salary as compared to other reasearch firms, will not get any employee benefits like welcome kits/free courses/diwali bonous or any thing- overall not a employee centric organization

...anagers to guide teams. All of them are truly exceptional in providing guidance. Their professionalism is inspiring and they pay heed to work ethics. I feel quite fortunate that I work with them. I've shaped my professional traits by observing theirs.

Indeed, I am seated near the corner, I can still hear noise from outside the building.

Initial days it was good, good projects. Work from home.

...n’t remember when was the last day I logged out after 9 hrs of my working hours. My working hour kept on stretching until it become normal and no compensation was given. Toxic culture, no collaboration between collegues and upper management. Sad that with lot of vision and promise it turned vice versa

Excessive micromanagement from top management, consistently delayed salary payments, full & final settlements taking 7-8 months, unfair treatment and biased decisions, lack of a cohesive ‘One Team’ culture, and reliance on outdated manual processes.

...s might get delayed sometimes. HRs/Management might not reply to your queries. 2 months notice period with no salary. FNF settlement after 6 months Office space is like make shift space.
