Very Good for candidates who are in mid level range of experience of 2-3years. Salary is normal but work life balance very good. The managers and tech leaders are very cooperative.

Dislikes

...appraisal is very normal - 10% only. The ratio of variable wrt fixed is high. Also for getting the complete variable pay have to show extreme performance(5/5). For new joinee, they offer very less.

Please don't join this company Your life will be hell day 1 they will evaluate you and so much micro management they believe in hire and fire no job security

Completely waste life is hell here once you resign they will treat you as terrorist they will block all your money they don't give reliving letter i have filled a case completely fraud no job security
