Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

A fake company with one other name SHIFTDEL is same. They just collect money through the new recruitment and no response there after, they hired people and d'not pay them

The management is very supportive and if you work hard, you sure do get promoted and hence if you are looking for growth, this is a good place.

Dislikes

Wish the management got rid of fake faced useless team leaders. The current HR team is amazing, sad part being the team lead.

the best experience I ever had in this company. This is my third job and I found it to be the best ever. I had a awesome team members who always help me in every aspects whenever I need most. My career take a high and I found myself to establish. The sales head Mr. Deep Banerjee , who is a outstanding person with a motivating man to newcomer to everyone. No office politics , no such things in office.

lack of housing keeping staffs.
