If you have talent you can attain higher positions easily. But you won't have much growth as they are not caring about the security of their projects much. If you are in higher positions or if you are in a certain team, you can't find proper work-life balance and you may end up tired. And they may fire you anytime without giving you the benefits. And may treat you like an enemy.
