Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Its been 3+ years i am working with this organisation & it was a great learning. The work culture is the best part.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Also, there is no on job training for freshers. Hence, senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain at times.

There is no job security in infinite.when I joined in infinite they said you are a permanent employee but when I went on my maternity leave and came back to work they told me that we don't have project so you will be out of work within 15 days.
