...recommend. I will ask people to go for other options we have a lot of companies. The management is so poor and salary benefits is also not good. Initially they will attract you with salary benefits but after joining you will feel like hell.

Compensation not even near as promised. No organization structure. Unreal targets are to be be achieved with a very poor infrastructure. Pathetic HR, rude management are few of the many traits of this organization. Overall experience was poor and full of regrets.

Senior manager is plays too much of politics and even there is complaints on Managers , HR won't take any action.

Dislikes

No work life balance, they force you to work if you are not well/emergency. No proper cab facilities, the campus looks like one bhoot bangla. No proper security

Good Company, HR and Management... No Micromanagement here, If you work hard, management is always there to support you and promote you.. Time flexibility which is very important in day to day life Work from home is given without hesitation Mangers work really hard..

It was a great experience working at Infinite and thats a very great platfrom who can work and achieve their goals at one place .

There is no such kind of a thing that if we work hard we can survive and there will be a job security everywhere. It's not how it works in reality. Even though you perform well and give your best there will be no appreciation for such things that you did hardwork. And i am the one who faced lots of problems in ny team and how they demotivate freshers /employers....and degrade them even after they put lot of effort .I have gone through a lot a struggle due to my technical manager in all kind of ways ...and there is no such kind if element that matters is "Effort " all they want us to face the worst and struggle ......and at last if we are not getting enough time and getting only pressure in all the ways how can it is even possible to look into a problem for the solution .....Its not how it works and no on can solve such kind of things if they can't even least amount of time ....to get into the track 🙏🏻
