Freshers will get more salary as compare to experince Good for freshers not for experienced person. They will not give work what you have learn they will assign other than what you interested .

Pros: Overall job experience with Infinite is awesome, especially wanted to talk about the company's CEO Mr Wilson Anandaraj is very friendly and helpful to all the employees, where you can not see such a wonderful CEO in any other company.

Cons: Appraisal methodology Infinite following needs to be improvised. Salary to the skilled employees needs to be given as per the industry standard.

1. Micromanagement 2. Poor work cluture, no work life balance 3. Treated badly at workplace 4. Today you work for one project. Tomorrow you work for some other project. No guarantee what are you working why are you working for. 5. Frequent technology switch instead of focusing on one skill set. This will ruin employee career and performance. 6. Please do not recruit employees without project confirmation. Do not play with them.

Don't go with this organisation. In offer they mentioned notice period 60 days. But in reality they release you suddenly with out any salary if they don't have any project.

Management is very very poor. They don't know how to behave with employee.
