Never getting Support from HR side, Medical team not support, finance team very arrogant, never pay reimbursement amount on time always late after informing them. Once you resign you will never get any reimbursement or any festival gift voucher. There is no reimbursement while you submit your laptop if you are doing WFH No project a location by ICS.

Salary is very good as compared to other companies.

No employee , manager interaction, no feedback from employees about anything like their concerns, improvements in work environment and process, procedures etc.

Work life balance is depend on your project. No delay in salary.

Leaves are very less only 6 SL and 12 PL per year. Everything is handling by one person..here no meaning for Appraisal discussion everything is pre decided. benifits policy is no much good- DA is very less comparing to other organisations Management concern.

...e some improvement.. Work life balance depends which clients are you deployed... Overall I have very much good experience with infinite prospect to compensation, skill development, growth.

Worst work culture, they check your bag at gate every day like some garment factory. Only get advantage only if you are girl , no matter how talented you are. Micro management to it's peak. Too much hierarchy EGO at every level. Worst management and HR. Change policy evey 3 months as per their needs Service based not product based No response how much ever escalation you do 3 months notice period, 12 months probation period, will have to serve 3 months notice even in probation period.
