Same as MNC companies, Management is only average. Management looks partiality between employees. HR team doesn't work on employees side. They are open to say that they work only on employer side since they are paid by them.

It sucks your blood till you are needed and throws you out once they find other sources

Poor treatment. Harsh way of handling things. No leaves for new joiners. Lot of promises made by them are ob paper but not executed.
