Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Comfort with MD until reporting with him. When reporting changes everything changes. Employees benefit and engagement.

Dislikes

Same as MNC companies, Management is only average. Management looks partiality between employees. HR team doesn't work on employees side. They are open to say that they work only on employer side since they are paid by them.

It sucks your blood till you are needed and throws you out once they find other sources

Dislikes

Poor treatment. Harsh way of handling things. No leaves for new joiners. Lot of promises made by them are ob paper but not executed.
