management staff is poor no job security, u can be fired for providing valid reason or arguing no written policies, you will be tricked on the name of policy only advice is to spend your 1-2 years time politely whatever the management wants and leave this company will only use you

Terrible work culture as well as stressfull situation no body see as a Company employee they treat like a Labour Management worst no body understands.

Management doesn't not understand . payment cut any body. EHS cross his boundaries no budy work in safely .No job Security any time terminate you.

Director of company is a dictator, makes /changes rules, regulation & company policies according to his will without consulting even hr dept. There is big time favourism in company. Unhygenic office environment easily gets people sick.

Everything was ok untill I have resigned. When I did they forget all what I have done for company suddenly they bother me when I was on notice pay. I was the only person till i have resigned who handover the work very diligently but they don't know the values of the employee.
