company's ability to be flexible with work hours is one of its best quality. They provide flexible scheduling because they recognize that members has diverse schedule and obligations outside of the work place this not only lowers stress level but also greatly enhances work life balance.

Its difficult for me to think of any real drawback from working for this firm, I must admit. Even if there are always small problems at work, the benefit greatly exceed the drawback.
