Working in this place is a very good choice for one.Principal Sir is very humble,he is very adjustable person.,finding a boss like him is unbelievable..The respect one can achieve is completely precious..

Dislikes

One cannot expect growth, increment and such things. The salary is very very poor. Company don't think that how people will sustain in this bad situation where each and every little thing is getting over-priced.

In ITI there is a well life and work balance.Good work environment as well we have a satisfaction of building a new generation knowladge.

...o new opportunities in institute..same day by day work and poor policies of pvt. Industrial institute for enhances the quality of learning and salary of employees.

It is fun to teach and study, it is also practical, but it is not good in terms of payment. And despite working so hard, the payment we expect is not given to us. That's why I am searching for another job

Basically I am graduated form engineering and lost of basic think and lots of practical session and number of Technique learn from this institution i.e welding Technique, lathe machine all opration now I am easy to make any type of job in lathe machine shop and all types of machine maintenance easy to work

The Organization is Govt. of Gujarat(India). This is a Training Institute of Trainee. I have Instructor of computer students. I have 3years 10 months experience of this organization.

Dislikes

I want to good career job with my job security. I am always respected my job. I am very faithful my this department & any other department. I like ecofriendly situation.
