Pathetic work experience, u will end up finding yourself as a telecaller. Yes u will get a good salary, but it will be on the cost of deteriorating your whole career. U won't get any value in the other banks, because all others know the bad quality of books, credit card telecalling, etc.

...corporate. Work life balance, knowledge uplift, work satisfaction are very good. Salary and Appraisal are low when compared to industry. Seniors guide us well.

...and except to complete it before the deadline along with your main/current work. They don't pay you good. Working Environment is not that good.

Not recommending for work. Appraisal is too poor. Not value the efforts of employees gave standard rating and poor rating who had survived for 1 year. Training and Q and A session is good. Every Monday training conducted

Working Culture might not be the best but it is still better in my department when compared to other department or even other banks. Seniors in my department are approachable.

Salary breakup is very bad. You get very less in hand then what is promised. Small increments.
