Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I do not like Indusind Bank because they deduct a lot of money from the salary, some incentives are made and some are given, the amount that the bank gives in a year is also very less.

I am working in corporate salary department and work culture is horrible, RM's don't know the simple process, they don't have any good corporates and they tell you to do cross sell, how will happen if RM's don't bring good corporates, don't join this bank and ruin your career

They have supported me during pandemic by not cutting down salary, WFH facility. But they are not providing any increment this year and no LTA claim.

The best corporate Bank in India. The company's rules and regulations is very good but until it comes to the lower level it disappears. Specially in Kolkata & Howrah Branch, we don't get any benefits which the company provides. As I have been working here for the last 7 years and 11 months, I've been struggling for a promotion from off role to on role. Though my designation is S1 I'd been kept on hold for the last 3 years. All my papers and employee data base are very good.
