i. Salary is very worst ii. No promotions or growth in terms of consideration iii. There is lot of politics within organization iv. If you do a course for your personal and organization benefits, the organization only clears those fees which are from recognized university

Good work environment and helpful management team. Company policies are good. Company give handsome salary with good incentive, they give salary hike and appraisal every year

Pathetic work experience, u will end up finding yourself as a telecaller. Yes u will get a good salary, but it will be on the cost of deteriorating your whole career. U won't get any value in the other banks, because all others know the bad quality of books, credit card telecalling, etc.

Worst company ...there is no working as per professionally not satisfactory salary, not a company to work

Dislikes about working in indusind banks are alot words are less to describe how bad experience will be in indusind bank ..if someone is willing to work in indusind bank...I would suggest don't waste your precious experience and time in working indusind bank ..try out somewhere else...you will be more ...satisfied working in some other company ...
