Ok work environment, people are old and the plan to grow as a company is limited. Company policy is good, good hikes but lot of internal communications gaps. Slow in promotions and really slow as a firm. Soon going to be a lala company.

Dislikes

Decent salary, above average hikes. Lots of learning but lot of overwork and tight deadlines. No testing and hesitant towards changes in technology.

Likes

- If you are good at work you wont feel insecure. Politics does exist, however based on your work you can be insulated of it. - For a couple of years the knowledge learning curve is good. However, it is nothing complicated. - The annual day gifts are cool. Though there is a discrimination between US gifts and Indian gifts, however the gifts are still cool.

Dislikes

- People who threaten to leave get promoted faster and get better hikes. When I was leaving the firm offered me better pay, I would have appreciated it every year rather then being considered after resigning. - The work is mostly of process IT automation or data wareshouse migration. The work is what would be classified as mostly back office. The skills are transferable, however back office kills you slowly. It saps all your motivation. It is good for an IT guy, however people with interest in core finance it is better avoidable. - Work life balance is on the negative side. The main problem is not the volume of work, it is the variance in work, and given all the clients are based in USA the timings don't work in your favour.

politics from project manager + business analyst + seniors very few seniors help juniors every hour aapko log krna parega kya kiya ...poora din kam se zyada logging krni parti hai .. micro management

Helpful and supportive seniors. Office to home cab reimbursement. Provides food for lunch, snacks and dinner.

Dislikes

Salary No cab reimbursement for home to office No bonus No holiday on indian festivals No celebration on men's day Poor food quality Unnecessary Pizza party

Career growth, discounted cab service, free meals. flexibility to work from home when required.

Dislikes

Salary increments are not according to market standard. Not a lot of support from senior management, project is assigned to you and you are responsible for every single thing in the project.
