Salary is less according to the work pressure.According to Diesel filling,Cluster Manager & zonal manager & vendor team take diesel eachother silently ,I hate this thing.This is loss for company.

Worked in Delhi circle for a year. It is complete chaos, people are toxic to the core, senior management promotes toxicity calls at odd hours. Personally seen team members having panic attacks and having health issues due to toxic environment *Work life balance goes for a toss. *Site engineers are involved in theft of cables & diesel at sites *Old Estate members take a cut in rent by giving threat to Landlords to remove site *Too much reporting to cross functional heads with no real skill sets *Morning & evening calls are meant to demean and insult team members One should avoid this company at all costs. Better stay unemployed for sometime.
