No increment based on performance in purchase department.no support from site and no department head to support purchase team to resolve if any issue came..higher authority simply raise the issues, your self resolve the issues .no higher authority help you towards resolving the issue.. site project head and HO project heads are not cooperative to their purchase executives.. simply this job is postman and data entry work..you have to release orders as per site recommendation.

Company is good and every year giving bonus and and salary gives 10 days later of the month some times it will be too late, no garente about job, I don't like this type job, I did complete degree so I wants to join another company thank you
