...o sharing my experience. Good environment until you are not in notice period. Salary on time. Job security. Work from home.

Dislikes

No quality projects. Old half cooked projects without proper KT. Salary is low as per industry standards. Management is lazy. High internal politics. PM don't take any responsibility. Developer is responsible for client call and coding. System and devices are from ancient age.. Coding on those machines are the real challenge you will face in indusnet not with implementing logic.

Likes

As an engineer this company can provide one a complete package of learning from making a solution, code, testing all the way upto deployment in production. You will learn a lot of things that you help you to crack other MNC house’s interview and there is no doubt.

Dislikes

Resource problem is a major downside. Other than that organisation chart can’t be followed all the time.

Teammates are helpful. Timely salary without any paycut.

Very bad salary structure. Keep working without expecting about increment. Management told us about 3months freeze but it's continuosly extending the freeze. No work life balance...you will keep working 11-12 hours Everyday without any compensation. Nothing to expect if you work well you will get paid well. They don't value old employees and so they leave,and they continue to hire new ones... terrible management. Nothing to expect from company other than salary.

Timely salary on 1st working day of next month, manager has to do nothing with the project, he does even know what is going on in the project, birthday celebration

Dislikes

No employee benefits, not even maternity leaves(they asked me to resign when I asked for maternity leave in my 6th month of pregnancy), no leaves till 6 months of probation period, rude team lead, no transparency in company policies, each employee gets different benefits according to their need in the project, too much politics by the hr team, the manager and the team lead but rest of the employees are friendly, unhygienic washroom with sometimes no handwash or sanitizer, uncomfortable chairs
