Team mates - good , Training - Nonscope to even think about them. Job security - it is entirely depandemt on HR director's mood. He can fire you anytime. No work life balance (only work No life) , work environment - full of strategies & politics.

Honestly there is nothing that you can like except the package that they pay you. No visionary leadership at all. They think lot of unrealistic things which are practically not possible to be implemented so that they become super hit overnight.

No place for experienced people to work there, They deduct your salary even if you are late by 5 mins and they don't see when you are leaving office. Overall the worst company I have worked in my entire career. Best place to learn for freshers.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that I'm a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is high.

Good work environment, learning opportunities are very good, and management also give fredom to self learning and technology update, we have daily one hour time to learn new things. Teammates are supportive, we have a cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are ok

Indus is a software products development company,continuously developing innovative technology solutions for customers with excellent business growth. A lot of scope to learn and implement new technologies in a challenging environment with a high value of career growth. The atmosphere is good, employees are friendly in nature, very supportive and a good work-life balance.
