During my time at Inductus , I experienced significant mistreatment and a toxic work environment. The top management displayed a lack of professionalism and work ethics , often disregarding employees well being . There was a constant pressure , unrealistic expectations and no support or acknowledgement effort. The culture was unorganised and exploitative, leaving little room for growth or a positive work environment.

This company is never leaving alone to their employees or Ex-employees and always be with their too with strong support and coordination.

Old employee do politics and if you r working here then forget your personal life becuse working hours in 12-12 hours and even suturday sunday bhi work from home i suggestion not join in this company anyone

Good teamates, for job security its avarage, good appraisal, travel policy not good, work environment is total under the politics. and not received any type of support during COVID-19 lockdown.
