The working atmosphere is conducive, with no excessive pressure. Overall, the company is suitable for individuals who are dedicated to their work or prefer a more focused work environment.

Far from city - Long hours Travel time. Cafeteria is far & Lunch/Tea times are short. Working system lacks automation at various stages - Too much dependent on Paper work. No flexible/wfh concept except sales team. holidays are adjusted with week offs. Insurance policy amount is still low.
