The company is located in a remote area, which can make it challenging to attend to urgent personal matters or travel anywhere. The food quality in the canteen is not up to par. Additionally, the company does not celebrate any festivals or organize any other activities. It's mostly just work and then heading home.

There is nothing to dislike about the work experience, only the salary is a little bit low but that is worthwhile because of how much you get to learn.

Far from city - Long hours Travel time. Cafeteria is far & Lunch/Tea times are short. Working system lacks automation at various stages - Too much dependent on Paper work. No flexible/wfh concept except sales team. holidays are adjusted with week offs. Insurance policy amount is still low.

Management is very supportive if you are hardworking. Job with inductotherm will give you very good exposure, not only technically. It will also exploring socialisation skills if you are working with service department

Dislikes

3 years bond is there but yes people can do long term job here.
