The whole company sits salaryless but they are getting their salary on time and are so shameless they are not accepting it as well. Salary is the greatest issue. MD and his father expects people to work hard without salary. Simple advice to MD and his father - Get rid of your ego, spend some money on employee salary system management and get rid of that factory manager if you really want to grow. You won't be able to grow and earn more until you have people who are worthy. Bring new HR who can really run the company properly and does not just come to office for timepass. Enterprise level companies are doing better than you

Those who want work for passing the time, having good financial condition can continue here. MD and his son , both are non technical person, unable to evaluate among good, better, best, bad, worst.

...n. Simply Management always engaged in stealing the data from their competent. Very very worst cash flow, Salary they give you after 25 days. Son and Father are simply the character of the story who carries Donkey on their shoulder. Not able to evaluate among best, better, good, bad, too bad and worst. Donkeys are earning from scraps, so they survive there. Actual their finish work is also scrapable. All reputed team member, who were earlier wrongly convinced are now out from the Organisation. Simply think (100 x 100^12) time before joining the organisation (sorry, before spoiling your career).
