I felt the head of organisation is great as well, he know all of his employees on a first name basis. This company offered me a great opportunity for a good entry level position- one that I'll always be greatful for.

Dislikes

There are always some flaws in every organisation but nothing is that big which will make me dislike my organisation. Infact I actually enjoyed going to work each morning.
