Managers plays politics, recommended employees at site level, site level in charge suffers as management will not listen and understand, office administration was good till under control of Spain, Indian administration not fair.increments and promotions are for managers recommended employees like friends, relatives etc.

Dislikes

Present situation when compared with other companies in India, Indra is good.

The company is open to innovation and adopts latest technology. Indra Sistemas is European based company and one of the best company in providing solution in the field of Information technology. Another plus point is that company have online open university for the development of their employees.

The main office receives full help from the company, taken full care of its employee. And the software of the company is very sensitive. it is very easy to work, everyone can easily understand that if any malfunction comes , then what can be done in a very short time.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
