Likes

Well all things are good. Working with 2 years only one position fixed. No single day whitout learning. Owner is very supportive for how to work in smooth manner is done. Every day is challenge for new things coming inhouse as well as customer end issue. Colleagues are supporting in nature. No fix timing to leave, its all depend on work what to do as a quality person.

Dislikes

Salary is very low as a work will you have done after job training complete. Management not see where to focus for improving area. No care for people who join company for long time.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
