The salary structure of the company is not good, and the location. Increments are not more than 13-15% max if you are doing very good but some individuals are getting good increments because they are type of doing slavery of the senior management.

Great company as far salary and other benefits, system is proper on track, HR helps at certain level.

Favourism, no job stability, no feedback on staffs concern regarded many issues, I would suggest if you are already working with good company dont just switch for better offer specially in mumbaior Maharashtra operations.

The organization has log experience in the liquor business and Every channel partner knows their business procedure. The experimented and launched a new category brand and successfully leading with good margin.

Trade promotion activities are not up to the mark. They are not serious about the competition.
