Personal work life balance and job security is too good

Dislikes

There is no proper work culture here, and no salary increment as per experience and talent, no encouragement for real talent. Especially no value for Designers, no one knows the value of a Designer here. Equal salary for ITI guy and also a Engineer guy, No value for qualifications. And one more very bad culture is, when someone resigned, no one will ask for stayback or nobody will ask about this situation or the problem.

Over a very good environment to work and learn, but work life balance for lover and mid level people is very bad, and no other benifits like outings but company provides food and cab facility so over all a good company for beginners and very good company for experienced persons to settle.

Dislikes

Some times we need to work over time and they doesn't pay for that nor they give leave for that and Salary wise it's good while joining but increment is not at all good.

The way they used to encourage and bringing out the skills, giving the confidence in me for the betterment for future job opportunities. The management is very good, they provide accommodation like foods, rooms, cab facility etc Work is also helped to gain the knowledge about quality, not only about quality 5s, checklists, kaizen etc

Salary I felt it should be more and by the time experience gets they will increase....

As a GET first year training is very good where they tought us Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing,APQP,PPAP but in second year they put us in irrelevant jobs which are more related to diploma people like line supervisor rather than job in engineering.

Dislikes

Company growth is there but salary is not according to the growth and about job they will not saw your qualification but put you as manpower anywhere.
