Jai hind sir Very less promotions specially in GD cadre. Stress level is very high which needs to reduce at all level. Job security is low due to NPS policy and rules for pension. Deputations opportunities like SPG RAW, NIA,civil aviation and narcotics or other organisation except NDRF should given on service tenure .. one eye for all . For good command need to implement LNK and NK rank again in ITBP. Which also bring respect attention and a positive change in life. Something need to done for GD cadre like special allowance which shows them different from other helping elements. So new generation came with energy and enthusiasm to join GD cadre. GD cadre appointment specially in GD should be on open platform instead of SSC GD CT. Timely Promotions is challenging task for administration in ITBP. Dress code and shoes must be minimize

I complete my 20yrs service in Indo tibetan border police force. I like to serve my own place Bhubaneswar. So i found a new job as a person security officer in Bhubaneswar. I have licenced pistol. I like to protect e reputed industry,person ,hotel & politician

I'm very sad. To nature Of ITBP, itbp did very created problem to according me and very low nature, discipline, help, of itbp, 😌😌

Because, my life with my family life of dreams of very very hurting, and unbelievable itbp some officers, itbp mentality disturb of our employees

in my view ITBP is a very good organisation to work for total satisfaction.There is total job security, pay & remuneration are excellent, opportunity to serve abroad also if interested, here life is full of adventures, sports,valour,skill development too.Now its presence is pan Indian to give relief &respite from continuous high altitude &hilly terrain postings Now promotional avenues are also very Good. It is a strong bastion which gives an opportunity to the young blood of the country to serve the nation with their might and courage.
