Jai hind sir Very less promotions specially in GD cadre. Stress level is very high which needs to reduce at all level. Job security is low due to NPS policy and rules for pension. Deputations opportunities like SPG RAW, NIA,civil aviation and narcotics or other organisation except NDRF should given on service tenure .. one eye forall . For good command need to implement LNK and NK rank again in ITBP. Which also bring respect attention and a positive change in life. Something need to done for GD cadre like special allowance which shows them different from other helping elements. So new generation came with energy and enthusiasm to join GD cadre. GD cadre appointment specially in GD should be on open platform instead of SSC GD CT. Timely Promotions is challenging task for administration in ITBP.
