Working hours very very worst even though work morning to midnight...

We have lot of opportunities for self Development , since there is not system or any standard follwed in the company Management is reponsive for employees concern

Dislikes

Since there is no SOP for any department , its difficult to do any work with 100% satisfaction. Everyone interfere with Everyones job ,but no one takes responsibility in case of any problem, since there is no SOP
